Hello families and friends of Lakeside

Lakeside is continuing to track the direction, strength, and pattern of Hurricane Ian. Lakeside employees will be sheltering in place with our residents at the home. We do know that the next couple of days will be wet and windy so we have prepared to have enough food and supplies on hand to weather through this storm. Rest assured that we have back up plans to ensure resident safety and the continuity of care. Should there be a need to evacuate the premises, the resident’s responsible party or first emergency contact will be notified prior to exiting the home.

For HIPAA and time management reasons, only authorized individuals are able to receive care updates. Please have your appointed family member reach out to the residents  Nurse or Unit Manager directly, (904)714-3793.

We thank you for your patience, concern, and understanding.
Thank you and stay safe!
